Bill is a principal of Nerlich Lawyers. His extensive experience gained both as a CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) and subsequently as a legal practitioner, equips Bill to provide sound commercially focussed advice on all matters related to commercial disputes and insolvency.
Bill’s experience both as an accountant and a lawyer provides him with a unique understanding of insolvency principles and practice. He advises clients in relation to both corporate and personal insolvency and exposure arising from business and corporate collapse.
His areas of focus also include general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Bill is particularly passionate about dispute resolution. He regularly assists clients to resolve disputes early thus avoiding the time and costs of litigation. Bill’s extensive experience as an advocate and a negotiator ensures that, where possible, disputes are resolved at the earliest opportunity.
