That understanding is derived from extensive experience in acting for and dealing with secured creditors (including banks), insolvency practitioners (including Administrators, Liquidators, Receivers & Managers and Trustees in Bankruptcy), unsecured creditors (including employees, Australian Taxation Office, trade suppliers and others) and insolvent debtors.
