Anne Maree acts in all jurisdictions and has represented clients in many proceedings in Victorian and Commonwealth Courts. Her experience extends to making application for leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia and various applications to the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Anne Maree’s insolvency experience extends to acting for Insolvency Practitioners and others in relation to complex insolvency administrations and insolvency related litigation.
Anne Maree is a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
