Bill is a principal of Nerlich Lawyers. His extensive experience gained both as a CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) and subsequently as a legal practitioner, equips Bill to provide sound commercially focussed advice on all matters related to business.
His areas of focus include corporate structures and restructuring, business sale and acquisition, security documentation and enforcement, succession planning, commercial disputes and litigation.
Bill’s experience both as an accountant and a lawyer also provides him with a unique understanding of insolvency principles and practice. He advises clients in relation to both corporate and personal insolvency and exposure arising from business and corporate collapse.
